About the Role

The Property Administrator will play a key role supporting our team in ensuring our property systemsare accurately updated and all property administration tasks are managed efficiently and in compliance with legislation regulations and company policies. Youll have an attention to detail and attitude of continuous improvement that will ensure the smooth operation of the property management team while supporting sustainable tenancies and contributing to our mission.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate property and tenancy data in all systems
  • Assisting with RTA bond processes and loans
  • Supporting rental collection and arrears recovery
  • Liaising with Asset Management for property maintenance
  • Handling financial and administrative tasks to company standards
Working Hours
This is a part time role of 18.75hrs per week ideally with a work pattern of Tuesday to Thursday 9:00-15:35.

About You

We are seeking a positive and reliable person with experience in a similar role to join our team on a part time basis ideally you will have:

  • Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) mandatory
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and landlord insurance processes
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality housing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident using digital tools and property management systems
  • Problem solving mindset and resilience under pressure
  • Team player who builds positive relationships
  • Strong work ethic willingness to learn and a caring and empathetic nature.
  • Computer literacy including confidence using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • A current drivers licence
  • Please note that a satisfactory police check is required for all staff and those with client related responsibilities are required to provide a NDIS and Working with Children Check (WWCC).
