About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager (Mid-Level) to join our Shared Services Center in Portosupporting strategic ITand digital transformation initiatives across multiple Europeanbusiness units.

This position is ideal for professionals with asolid background in end-to-end projectdelivery including ERP CRM Data and BI play a critical role in bridgingbusiness and IT ensuring that projects are deliveredefficiently on time and in alignment with global strategy.

This is a keyposition within a growing international organization offeringlong-term career development and exposure to large-scale cross-bordertransformation programs.

Main Responsibilities

Lead the fullproject lifecycle from initial studies and planning throughdelivery and transition to operations.

Translate businessobjectives into structured project plans alignedwith global IT and corporate strategy.

Define and manage scope budget timeline and governancefor strategic IT projects.

Track execution progress through KPIs dashboards and reportingensuring visibility and accountability.

Manage interdependenciesrisks and change impacts across complex project portfolios.

Lead projectgovernance including steering committees and stakeholdercommunications.

Oversee vendorand partner management ensuring contractual complianceperformance and quality.

Promote changemanagement and useradoption supporting business teams during transformation.

Ensure compliance with internal cybersecurity governance and dataprotection standards.

Foster continuousimprovement innovation and knowledge sharing within the PMOand the organization.

Technical & ProfessionalRequirements (Mandatory)

To be considered your CV must clearlydemonstrate:

3years of project management experience in IT or digitaltransformation.

Proven success leading ERP CRM MDM BI or Digital Innovationprojects.

Strong experience managing large project budgets andfinancial forecasts.

Experience in project management toolssuch as MS Project Jira ServiceNow or Smartsheet.

Experience working in international and multiculturalenvironments.

Experience in vendor and external partner management(contracts SLAs performance tracking).

Familiarity with Agile Waterfall or hybrid deliverymethodologies.

Ability to travel within Europe (at least onceper month).

Fluent English(mandatory); Frenchis a strong advantage.

Certifications(Highly Valued):

PMPPRINCE2or Agile/Scrum Mastercertifications.
