Role Overview

We are looking for a Kofax Developer / Analyst to strengthen a teamresponsible for maintaining and evolving applications related to Digital Publishing Electronic DocumentManagement and Workflow systems.

The role focuses primarily on a digital document processing and archivingapplication responsible for handling high volumes of documentsreceived through multiple channels (postal mail email uploads). Thesedocuments are analyzed classified and processed using automatic (RAD/LAD) and manual extraction mechanisms triggeringdownstream workflows in back-office systems.

The ideal candidate has strong experience application maintenanceand solid expertise in KofaxTotalAgility (KTA) and KofaxInsight.

Main Responsibilities

Perform dailyhealth checks of digital publishing document management andworkflow applications

Apply recurring operational proceduresincluding reprocessing rejectionsrestarting suspendedjobs and handling alerts from application and servermonitoring

Validate the correct operation of applicationsduring software andinfrastructure upgrades

Analyze troubleshoot and resolve production incidents

Provide usersupport for document processing applications

Communicate incident resolution progress tousers and IT support teams

Coordinate with external operations teamsfor incident management and change requests

Perform correctiveand evolutionary maintenance of document processing workflowsand activity reporting

Design and develop enhancements to documentary workflows

Report and track product defects with thesoftware vendor

Produce dailyoperational reports (document stock processing volumesbacklog analysis)

Model structured documents to improve RAD/LAD extraction rates

Analyze extraction statistics and propose continuous improvement actions

Technical Skills

Strong experience with Kofax TotalAgility (KTA)and Kofax Insight(certification is a plus)

Solid experience development and maintenance

Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum)

Strong knowledge of SQL scripting
