Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced DevOps Lead to overseethe strategy frameworkand execution of DevOps transformation initiatives. This roleis responsible for guiding and monitoring DevOps projects from planning through operationalimplementation covering technicalDevOps practices and human dimensions.
The DevOps Lead will operate seamlessly across Development and Operations environmentsapplying industry best practices and methodologies such as SAFe Scrum DevOps API management andLean approaches. A key objective of this role is to foster strong collaboration between Dev and Opsteams promoting transparency trust and shared ownership.
Main Responsibilities
Ensure the achievement of program objectivesaligned with business commitments strategic priorities and sponsorexpectations
Lead and manage the DevOps transformation roadmapincluding governance and delivery frameworks
Steer the programproject portfolio and manage the associated budget allocation
Provide cross-functionaland cross-entity leadership for multiple projects
Coordinate projects manage interdependencies andchallenge proposed implementationsolutions
Structure DevOpsgovernance encourage co-construction and promote informationsharing between teams
Ensure effective collaboration between Development and Operationsteams throughout the delivery lifecycle
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of production processesincluding ITIL monitoringscheduling and infrastructure
Solid experience with DevOps practicesincluding CI/CD automationAgile methodologies and Infrastructure as Code
General production knowledge across Cloud environments Virtual MachinesRHEL Oracle and related technologies
Proven experience in Cloud migrationincluding IaaS PaaSmicroservices and container-based architectures
