The ITPMO will support the governance and monitoring of IT activitieswithin a complex project roadmap. This role has a strong focus on budget control permanent costmonitoring project tracking and financial reporting ensuringvisibility accuracy and compliance across IT initiatives.
The position plays a key role in supporting project managers department heads andgovernance committees contributing to sound financialdecision-making and effective project oversight.
Manage and monitor permanent IT costs (CPREM / CPERM)
Control and follow up planning activities
Produce and maintain financial and project monitoring reports(CPERM MEVOL PRJ)
Support ProjectManagers in preparing InvestmentCommittees including consumption tracking and anomaly alerts
Manage the Department Capacity Planvalidating workload plans in Clarityand aligning them with Project Managers
Perform budgetmonitoring and track expense consumption progress
Track and control fixed-price services aswell as hardware and softwarecosts
Produce regular budget delivery and project statusreports
Ensure correct and timely updates of projectdata in Clarity(including timesheets) to guarantee high-quality monitoring indicators
Monitor the departments overall budget andprovide consolidated reporting to stakeholders
Lead financialprocesses linked to major program governance committeesincluding preparation of businesscases
Minimum5 years of experience in ITPMO project control or financial project monitoring (10 yearsdesirable)
Strong experience in budgetary control and cost monitoring
Proven ability in risk identification and follow-up
Ability to support projects and programs onfinancial and monitoring topics
Strong knowledge of Clarity Scoops and Power BI
Experience working in Agile environments(Scrum)
High adherence to procedures methodologies and governancestandards
