Role Overview

We are looking for a TecCom Specialist to work on B2B integrations and digitalcommunication processes within the automotive role focuses on the configuration operation and optimization of TecAlliance TecCom platformsensuring reliable and efficient data exchanges between suppliers distributors and tradingpartners.

The professional will act as a subject matter expert forTecCom workflows supporting integrations troubleshooting message flows andcontributing to continuous process improvement.

Main Responsibilities

Configure operate and optimize TecAlliance TecCom platforms(Availability Order Delivery Invoice)

Manage B2Bcommunication processes between suppliers distributors andpartners

Support partneronboarding into TecCom channels and integrations

Analyze and troubleshoot EDI / TecCom message flows(ORDERS DESADV INVOIC etc.)

Maintain productorder and partner configurations within the TecAllianceecosystem

Act as TecComsubject matter expert supporting processes workflows andbest practices

Identify integration issues and implementsolutions to minimize downtime andensure business continuity

Contribute to continuous improvement ofdigital supply chain processes

Professional Experience(Mandatory)

2years of experience working with TecAlliance TecCom EDIor automotive aftermarketsystems

Experience with B2B integrations or ERP-based order management

Functional Skills(Mandatory)

Knowledge of Project Managementprinciples

Experience creating project documentation and userspecifications

Hands-on experience with ERP systems preferably SAP

Strong attention to detail in system configuration and data validation

Understanding of supply chain and logistics processes

Strong analyticalskills to identify and troubleshoot data exchange issues

Ability to work in cross-functional collaborative environments

Strong technicaland business communication skills

Technical Skills

Strong expertise using TecCom modules:

* AvailabilityRequest
* Order
* Logistics
* Invoice

Strong knowledge of SAP

Knowledge of logistics supply chain or procurementprocesses is a plus

Language Requirements

English:Fluent / Mandatory

Soft Skills

Strong communication skills with internal teams and external partners

Analytical and structured documentation mindset

Ability to manage complex order flows and troubleshootingscenarios
