Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format):
- Provide network support for internal and external communications systems in a data center environment
- Assist with design deployment and maintenance of LAN/WAN and data center network infrastructure
- Install test certify and troubleshoot structured cabling (copper/fiber) and network hardware
- Monitor evaluate and resolve network performance issues using standard protocols (e.g. TRUNK VLANs OSPF BGP)
- Support planning and implementation of data center infrastructure projects
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and maintain accurate documentation
- Work as part of a 24/7/365 operations team rotating through day/night shifts weekends and holidays
- Occasionally travel to support business or project requirements
- Collaborate with team members and work independently as needed
- Utilize network monitoring tools and cable testing equipment to ensure network reliability
- Demonstrate strong troubleshooting communication and documentation abilities
