Job Description:

Seeking a highly experienced Test Manager to drive testing strategy execution and quality assurance across banking and financial technology projects.
The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise leadership capabilities and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and manage testing strategies processes and frameworks across multiple projects.
Develop and maintain test plans schedules and resource allocations.
Lead functional automation and non-functional testing (performance security usability resilience).
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure test coverage meets business and regulatory needs.
Monitor test metrics KPIs and quality gates to drive continuous improvement.
Manage defect lifecycle risk assessments and mitigation plans.
Build and mentor a high-performing test team.
Ensure compliance with QA best practices and industry standards.
Drive adoption of automation tools and CI/CD integration.
Coordinate with DevOps infrastructure and release teams for seamless delivery.
Serve as the primary contact for customer communication and testing-related escalations.

Required Skills Experience:

Experience: 10 years in software testing with 4 years in a Test Manager
Domain: Strong banking/financial knowledge (retail banking payments lending core banking)
Tools: Expertise in automation tools (Selenium UFT Cypress Tosca) and performance/security testing tools (JMeter LoadRunner)
Methodologies: Deep understanding of SDLC STLC Agile DevOps and CI/CD practices
Leadership: Proven experience in team building mentoring and resource management
Compliance: Familiarity with regulatory and compliance testing in banking
Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and reporting skills
