Job Summary

Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate safety hazards
Develop implement and maintain safety programs and procedures
Perform risk assessments and ensure timely reporting of incidents and near-misses
Deliver safety training sessions to workers and site supervisors
Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and local safety regulations
Collaborate with project managers engineers and contractors to integrate safety into daily operations
Maintain accurate safety records and documentation using digital management tools

Requirements

Min. 1 Year (Construction Safety)

in Civil Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Physics or Chemistry
Minimum 1 year of experience in construction safety
In-depth knowledge of safety regulations risk assessment methodologies and incident reporting protocols
Proven ability to communicate effectively and deliver training to diverse audiences
Demonstrated experience working independently and as part of cross-functional teams
Familiarity with OSHA standards and industry best practices in construction safety
Proficiency in safety management tools and documentation systems

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Statistics Finance or a related field. 25 years of relevant work experience in data analysis business analytics or a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions pivot tables VLOOKUP macros). Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau or Google Data Studio. Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data interpretation. Excellent analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear actionable insights. Familiarity with SQL for data querying and extraction is a plus. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools processes and business challenges.
