Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (AV Solutions) to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities driving sales and building long-term relationships with clients in the Audio Visual (AV) and collaboration technology domain. This role requires a strong understanding of AV integration enterprise IT environments and client-facing consultative selling.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the AV and Unified Communications (UC) segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients architects consultants and IT/Facilities heads.
  • Engage in consultative selling to understand client needs and propose appropriate AV/VC/Collaboration solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations proposals and BOMs (Bill of Materials) to clients.
  • Work closely with the pre-sales and technical teams to ensure accurate solution design and smooth handover.
  • Maintain an active pipeline and meet/exceed sales targets as defined by management.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends product developments and competitor activity.
  • Represent the company at trade shows industry events and networking opportunities.

Key Skills & Experience:
  • 4 years of experience in AV IT infrastructure or UC solution sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of AV systems video conferencing platforms (Zoom Teams Webex) BYOD digital signage control systems etc.
  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex sales cycles.
  • Existing client base or network in the Bangalore region is a strong advantage.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in engineering IT Electronics or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • AV certifications like CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) or knowledge of brands like Crestron Logitech Cisco Poly Extron are an added advantage.

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration HR or a related field. 2 years of experience in office administration or a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook). Familiarity with insurance coordination and asset management systems is a plus.
