Client: Food Manufacturing Company
Duration: 5 Months (Possible Extension)
Location: North Olmsted OH 44070
Shift: Mon Fri 7:00 AM 4:00 PM (2 days office / 3 days remote)

Role Overview

Handle inbound customer calls process orders and ensure excellent service and satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Support order management including intake confirmation and fulfillment.
Identify and resolve issues in order processes.
Communicate order status and updates to stakeholders.
Generate order-related documents and ensure data accuracy.
Confirm credit pricing stock and transport availability.
Collaborate with internal teams (Logistics Sales Supply Chain).
Maintain detailed records and assist during peak periods.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
2 years of related experience.
