- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations standards and best practices.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration Management) or equivalent work experience.
- 2-4 years of proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role preferably in a similar industry or department.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team with a track record of achieving results.
- Sound knowledge of operational processes and procedures.
- Familiarity with performance management techniques and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
