What youll do:
Develop and execute go-to-market plans that anticipates market dynamics and enables the business to deliver revenue and EBITDA growth.
Drive the day-to-day performance of the business to meet agreed performance goals (revenue EBITDA working capital utilisation customer satisfaction health and safety employee engagement) and future growth.
Develop a cohesive and high performing team in full alignment with the Africa region.
Drive the right culture aligned with the Aggreko values and leadership behaviours.
Manage talent to ensure the right capabilities are in place to deliver on current and future performance requirements.
Engage key customers and establish strong relationships; represent Aggreko externally with government institutions.
Ensure that the business is following all relevant laws and regulations in the country.
Youll have the following skills and experience:
General management experience leading comparable businesses with a track record of delivering strong revenue and EBITDA growth.
Relevant experience in the energy sector ideally with selling solutions and services.
Strong network with customers and other key stakeholders across Nigeria.
Proven people leader with demonstrated experience of building high performing teams. Must have experience leading sales.
Able to understand and navigate the local business context including cultural and governmental aspects unique to Nigeria.
Has an entrepreneurial mindset; ideally experience in fast paced business environment.
