Job Summary

Are you passionate about creating meaningful change for students with diverse learning needs

Were looking for a dynamic and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our district team and help shape the future of student this role youll use evidence-based strategies data-driven insights and collaboration to empower students educators and families across our elementary schools.

Job Duties Include:
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to evaluate progress and refine intervention strategies.
  • Champion student growth by fostering communication self-regulation and independence across learning environments.
  • Participate in IEP meetings team planning sessions and professional development to support district-wide behavioral initiatives.
  • Provide hands-on classroom coaching and consultation to strengthen instructional practices and reinforce positive behavioral outcomes.
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) that align with individual student needs.
  • Partner with teachers paraprofessionals and service providers to model evidence-based practices and promote consistent implementation.

Requirements

An active BCBA certification and a masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Special Education Psychology or a related field is required. Previous experience in a school environment is highly preferred along with a strong foundation in ABA principles and positive behavior supports. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate outstanding communication skills a collaborative spirit and the ability to problem-solve effectively in a dynamic educational setting.
