Job Summary

Job Title: IT support engineer

Job Description:

Design and Implementation Develop and implement robust IT infrastructure solutions including servers networks and storage systems
Maintenance and Support Perform regular maintenance and updates to IT systems troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and support endusers
Troubleshooting Resolve complex technical issues escalated from Level 1 and Level 2 support teams providing expertlevel troubleshooting and problem resolution
Security Management Implement and manage security measures to protect IT infrastructure from cyber threats and ensure compliance with security policies
Collaboration Work closely with other IT professionals including network engineers system administrators and security specialists to ensure seamless integration and operation of IT systems

ALL YOULL NEED FOR SUCCESS

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Technology Information Systems CISMIS Engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent experiencetraining
3 to 5 years of demonstrable handson IT work experience supporting and resolving diverse PC desktop software and hardware issues
Must be willing to travel
Top requirements
Infrastructure cabling experience
Support of IP devices experience
effective communication attention to detail

Nice to Have Skills and Experience preferred but not required

Networking
Team environment and structure Onsite airport operations support team in a fastpaced environment
Will work alongside field techs and working autonomously to complete project tasks
