Level 2 desktop support Windows MS Office/365 Imaging etc.

Mandatory Skills:

Advanced troubleshooting of Windows OS
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/365 support
Experience with system imaging and deployment

Desirable Skills:

Hardware/software diagnostics and basic networking
Strong customer service and ticketing system
