Job Summary
- Position: Copier Fleet Support / Customer Facing Service
- Pay Rate: $19/hr
- Interview: Virtual via Microsoft Teams
- Job Type: Temp to Engage
- Shift: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Customer Interaction: 75% in-person face-to-face customer service
- Primary Duties:
- Support copier fleet and deliver toner supplies for printers and copiers
- Provide excellent customer service and interact directly with clients
- Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience Required: Minimum 3 years related experience (5 years preferred)
- Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Use calibrate and troubleshoot office and technical equipment
- Work Environment:
- Office setting with standard lighting ventilation and temperature
- Work assignments are varied
- Physical & Mental Demands:
- Mostly sedentary with some walking standing bending and reaching
- Occasional lifting of up to 70 lbs (e.g. cases of paper)
- Moderate manual dexterity and use of office equipment (calculator keyboard hand tools)
- Ability to comprehend and apply complex instructions and materials
