We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our clients Procurement Department as a Procurement and Stock Assistant.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Procurement Manager in day-to-day procurement and stock control operations.
- Accurately capture and manage procurement and stock-related data.
- Monitor stock levels and identify variances or discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain reports and records related to procurement and inventory.
- Support tendering supplier communication and documentation processes as required.
- Participate in stock counts and reconciliation activities.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the department.
- Work closely with both office and stores personnel to ensure smooth operations.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Willingness to work both in an office environment and in stores.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
Qualifications:
- A Diploma or Degree in Procurement Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field.
