maintain a reliable and diverse supply chain.
Negotiation: Negotiate pricing terms and contracts with suppliers to achieve favorable
outcomes while maintaining quality standards.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all sourced spare parts meet our quality standards and
regulatory requirements.
Inventory Management: Work closely on inventory management to optimize inventory
levels and minimize stockouts.
Cost Optimization: Continuously seek opportunities to reduce costs without
compromising quality or service levels.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends market dynamics and emerging
technologies to inform sourcing decisions.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sourcing strategies with
marketing initiatives and product launches.
Reporting: Generate reports and analyze data to track sourcing performance and identify
areas for improvement.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and regulatory
requirements in all sourcing activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in supply chain management business administration or a related
field.
Proven experience in strategic sourcing supplier management and negotiation
preferably in the spare parts industry and startup.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with sourcing software/tools.
