Job Summary

Job Description:

Strategic Operations Management

Own the full warehouse function inbound storage kitting/assembly QC inventory and outbound logistics.
Build and execute SOPs for each operation stream and continuously improve TAT accuracy and productivity.
Coordinate with procurement supply chain demand planning and channel partners to ensure timely flow of goods.

Team Leadership & Management

Hire train and lead a team comprising supervisors kitting staff pickers/packers and warehouse executives.
Create a culture of accountability safety and high performance.
Design shift schedules and manpower planning for peak/off-peak seasons.

Inventory & Warehouse Systems

Implement and manage WMS/ERP systems to track inventory real-time.
Ensure 100% inventory accuracy through periodic audits and cycle counts.
Optimize space utilization FIFO/FEFO methods and bin-level mapping.

Kitting & Value Addition

Oversee in-house kitting and assembly processes to convert raw material/SKU components into sellable finished goods.
Build quality check mechanisms and standardized packaging workflows for all channels.

Dispatch & Logistics

Ensure timely and accurate dispatches to marketplaces quick commerce hubs and D2C customers.
Liaise with courier/logistics partners to ensure service levels are met and issues are resolved quickly.

Compliance & Safety

Enforce warehouse safety norms hygiene and regulatory compliance (Labour laws EHS standards etc.).
Ensure proper documentation of inward/outward GRNs and audit logs.
