As we expand the capacity of our production site exciting new opportunities are opening up. One of them is the role of Onsite Support Specialist a key position in our IT team dedicated to keeping our systems running smoothly and our users supported.

What Youll Do:

• Provide hands-on technical support to end-users.
• Collaborate with other teams to troubleshoot incidents and implement changes
• Offer ad-hoc training on common IT topics and guide users through self-service tools.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain and update hardware and software systems.
• Install and configure IT equipment and applications.
• Monitor system performance across hardware and software.
• Train users on device functionality and software usage.
• Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.

What You Bring:

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Local language is a must have!!!
• Communicative English for everyday interactions.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues.
• A mindset focused on process improvement.
• Experience with software maintenance and testing.
• Basic understanding of networking and operating systems.
• Ability to prioritize and manage tasks under pressure.
• A customer-first attitude and collaborative spirit.
• Practical hands-on approach to solving problems.
