About the Role

We are seeking a Master Technical Lead to lead the delivery ofstrategic technical initiatives ensuring the quality scalability and reliability ofenterprise-level role requires a hands-ontechnical expert and strong leader who can guidemultidisciplinary teams through complex solution design and implementationwhile maintaining a strategic vision of technology alignment with businessgoals.

Main Responsibilities

Oversee the design development and implementationof complex enterprise solutions.

Manage and maintain key technical deliverablesincluding:

* Technical Debt Backlog

* Application Technical Documentation

* Infrastructure Change Requests

Ensure all deliverables adhere to bestpractices scalability standards and security principles.

Act as a technicalmentor and leader supporting teams in resolving architecturaland engineering challenges.

Collaborate with global teams and stakeholdersto align technical solutions with business strategy.

Foster a culture of continuous improvementquality and technical excellence.

Mandatory Requirements

Degree in SoftwareEngineering ComputerEngineering or a related field;

Excellent writtenand verbal communication skills;

Experience in strategic and large-scale technicalprojects;

Strong analyticaland problem-solving abilities;

Proven commitment to high-quality deliverables;

In-depth understanding of application technologiesand hands-on experience implementing them;

Experience in designing complex technical solutions;

Knowledge of the Energy & Utilities marketand GDPR compliance;

Fluency in English (spoken andwritten);

Experience working in collaborative cross-functional globalteams.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Agile methodologiesparticularly Scrum or SAFe;

Experience using JIRA and Confluence for projecttracking and documentation;

Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish (written andspoken).
