Job Description:

The Onsite-Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

What Youll Do:

Provide hands-on technical support to end-users.
Collaborate with other teams to troubleshoot incidents and implement changes
Offer ad-hoc training on common IT topics and guide users through self-service tools.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
Maintain and update hardware and software systems.
Install and configure IT equipment and applications.
Monitor system performance across hardware and software.
Train users on device functionality and software usage.
Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
