Job Summary
2026 Summer Intern Business Finance
This is an entry-level 10-week full time internship that begins in early June 2026. The work will be hybrid (2x per week) from our Reston VA headquarters. Pay is expected to be $23 per hour. At this time we are unable to provide relocation nor housing assistance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparation of supporting analysis for periodic reviews.
- Assist in formulating developing and supporting reporting needs in the business.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis using a variety of software tools.
- Working with management to prepare high-quality materials to manage the business.
- Completing tasks in a fast-paced and self-motivated environment and in a timely and efficient manner.
Basic Qualifications:
- By start date a minimum of 30 completed college-level credit hours is required preferably in finance business economics or related subject.
- Candidate must be a US citizen reside in the U.S. be authorized to work in the U.S. and all work must be performed in the contract requirements.
Preferred qualifications:
- Demonstrated interest in finance or business management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint Word Excel).
- Strong organizational skills and detail-orientation.
- Sound business ethics including the protection of proprietary and confidential information.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and seek input when needed.
