Job Summary

MW Partners is currently seeking a Program Manager Business Process Management to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products.

Responsibilities and duties:

Work effectively with cross-functional teams (Engr Q2C BU/Go-to-market) at all levels to drive UAT and Production Validation preparedness and execution for new platform capabilities and product launches.
Develop and manage detailed workback schedules to track key operational tasks throughout the project lifecycle.
Build a UAT tracker and testing sprint schedule to plan resourcing around concurrent UAT asks.
Provide timely status updates proactively identify roadblocks and guide teams toward resolution and next steps.
Define UAT scope and testing strategies in partnership with QA and Product Owners across projects of varying complexity.
Assess system and environmental readiness including interdependencies with other initiatives.
Post-launch identify and resolve process and system gaps affecting quote-to-cash workflows.
Support change management by preparing stakeholders for upcoming changes and ensuring smooth adoption.

Requirements:

Bachelors in Finance Business Administration Operations or other related areas; and/or industry-specific experience (6-8 years)
6-8 years of experience
Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to clearly explain challenges and support decision making.
Proven ability to solve problems and lead projects to completion in fast-paced environments.
High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Flexible and resilient in adapting to shifting priorities and evolving business needs.
