This role requires a strong focus on customer engagement commercial execution channel partner management and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the successful promotion and adoption of Patient Care Solutions (PCS) offerings.

Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
- Collaborate and manage Channel Partners across the PCS portfolio within the assigned geography.
- Define and execute the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy to deliver on the Operating Plan including orders revenue and margin targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and channel partners.
- Drive commercial excellence through the use of CRM tools (e.g. SFDC) sales analytics and pipeline management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Modality Service Marketing and other teams to ensure seamless customer experience and solution delivery.
- Analyze market trends customer needs and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Lead complex sales cycles and negotiations including multi-modality and enterprise-level deals.
- Champion a culture of compliance integrity and quality in all commercial activities.
- Represent GE Healthcare at industry events conferences and customer engagements to elevate brand presence and thought leadership.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university or equivalent knowledge/experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of consultative sales experience including strategic selling and negotiation.
- Proven track record in healthcare sales preferably in capital equipment or clinical solutions.
- Strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to travel as required within the assigned geography.
- Proficiency in English and local language (as applicable).

- Deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem procurement processes and regulatory environment.
- Prior experience in a matrixed multinational organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through change inspire teams and drive results.
- Familiarity with GE Healthcares PCS portfolio and digital health solutions.

- Adhere to GE Healthcares Quality Management System policies and applicable regulations.
- Complete all required compliance and quality training within designated timelines.
- Proactively identify and escalate quality or compliance concerns.
- Ensure accurate order configuration and documentation aligned with customer requirements.
