Reporting to Sales Manager responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Assistant Sale Manager to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize MICE revenue and market share
- Assistant Sale Manager to lead and mentor a team of sales professionals fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the MICE sector with a focus on both domestic and international markets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and industry stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of MICE events and client satisfaction
- Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on sales performance and market insights
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in MICE sales
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of the MICE sector and current market trends
- Excellent leadership negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
- Fluency in English
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
