Job Summary
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead revenue growth for warehouse storage solutions including pallet racking cantilever systems mezzanines and integrated warehouse solutions
Manage key customers and large industrial projects from solution design through contract closure
Build lead and coach a sales team including target setting and performance management
Collaborate closely with engineering and project execution teams to ensure solution feasibility and delivery excellence
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in industrial storage systems sales and design
Strong customer base across manufacturing warehousing developers and 3PL / logistics
Proven leadership experience managing or building sales teams
Commercially driven hands-on and confident in technical project-based sales
Strong industry network within Thailand
Fluent in Thai and English
