Senior HR Specialist

What you will be doing:

• Leverage AI-driven tools to drive process optimization and enhance automation
• Involved in HR functions and support for candidates employees managers HR at regional and global level.
• Coordinate with various teams to prioritize and solve HR queries.
• Facilitate discussions on complex topics collaborate and drive towards solutions.
• Use data to analyze trends and identify improvements
• Learn and apply Continuous Improvement methods to improve processes
• Document opportunities identified and work with managers/leads to drive action plans to results.
• Help teams understand (which method to use how to do it help facilitate).
• Identify define document and share best practices within the team and cross teams.
• Produce and deliver presentations based on data analysis to stakeholders partners or leadership.
• Deliver trainings to colleagues employees managers Recruitment HR.
• Produce and keep process documentation and best practices up to date.
• Participate in UATs and implementation of new systems or tools and/or enhancements of existing systems.
• Perform regular internal quality audits and root cause analysis.
• Develop as Process Expert Regional or Global Process Owner
• Facilitates meetings as Problem Solving expert.

Projects:

• Involved in or coordinate projects that drive innovation process improvement and AI adoption.
• Produce and manage project related documentation roadmaps status dashboards communications to stakeholders.
• Apply Continuous Improvement and Change Management methodology on projects initiatives deployment of new technology (HCM Oracle Cloud Recruiting tools etc.)

• Expert with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook Word Excel and Power Point).
• Bachelors degree is a must. Masters Degree nice to have.
