DescriptionWhat you will be doing:
- Leverage AI-driven tools to drive process optimization and enhance automation
- Involved in HR functions and support for candidates employees managers HR at regional and global level.
- Coordinate with various teams to prioritize and solve HR queries.
- Facilitate discussions on complex topics collaborate and drive towards solutions.
- Use data to analyze trends and identify improvements
- Learn and apply Continuous Improvement methods to improve processes
- Document opportunities identified and work with managers/leads to drive action plans to results.
- Help teams understand (which method to use how to do it help facilitate).
- Identify define document and share best practices within the team and cross teams.
- Produce and deliver presentations based on data analysis to stakeholders partners or leadership.
- Deliver trainings to colleagues employees managers Recruitment HR.
- Produce and keep process documentation and best practices up to date.
- Participate in UATs and implementation of new systems or tools and/or enhancements of existing systems.
- Perform regular internal quality audits and root cause analysis.
- Develop as Process Expert Regional or Global Process Owner
- Facilitates meetings as Problem Solving expert.
Projects:
- Involved in or coordinate projects that drive innovation process improvement and AI adoption.
- Produce and manage project related documentation roadmaps status dashboards communications to stakeholders.
- Apply Continuous Improvement and Change Management methodology on projects initiatives deployment of new technology (HCM Oracle Cloud Recruiting tools etc.)
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Customer-service oriented putting yourself in the customers shoes while looking for solutions to their queries.
- Skilled problem solver with demonstrated analytical ability to assess complex data to identify trends and themes to propose improvements.
- Ability to represent a problem to others and how to work with them efficiently to solve the problem. Ability to educate others on complex areas.
- Gets excited about systems processes and constantly seeks improvement opportunities. Is comfortable working with multiple applications simultaneously.
