About IntervAI
IntervAI is a Vienna-based AI startup revolutionizing early-stage recruitment. Our B2B solution empowers recruiters to automate resume screening and first-round interviews using conversational AI agents helping teams reach 3 more candidates 5 faster.

We are currently expanding and looking for an intern who can help us grow our presence in the Turkish market.

Tasks

What Youll Do

Conduct outbound outreach to potential clients (recruitment agencies HR departments tech companies) via LinkedIn email and other channels
Identify and qualify potential B2B leads in Türkiye
Support the preparation and localization of marketing materials (presentations landing pages email templates)
Assist in managing CRM tools and reporting outreach performance
Join product demos with potential Turkish pilot clients and support follow-up communication
Collaborate directly with the founder and growth team on go-to-market strategies
Provide market insights and competitor research within the local B2B hiring ecosystem

Requirements

What We are Looking For

University student or recent graduate in Business Marketing Communication or related fields
Fluent in Turkish and comfortable communicating in English
Strong communication skills and a proactive self-driven attitude
Familiarity with LinkedIn and interest in tech AI or HR tools
Previous experience in B2B marketing sales or customer-facing roles is a plus (not required)
Availability for approximately 15 hours per week for at least 3 months
