Job Summary
This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays flexible between 8:00 am to 3:00 pm with dedicated availability during agreed hours
- 20 hours per week
- Client timezone: Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) - Brisbane Australia
With a strong foundation in both digital marketing and retail strategy the company offers hands-on support in brand positioning sales funnel development and go-to-market execution. Its mission is to help growing businesses systemize their operations accelerate sales and establish a lasting presence across competitive markets worldwide.
- Implement marketing strategies across multiple platforms (GHL ClickFunnels Kajabi SamCart Shopify etc.) Watching training and implementing
- Assist in developing and launching new AI personas and AI clone products for founders coaches and educators
- Build and optimise sales funnels landing pages and automations
- Write high-converting copy for websites emails social media and ads
- Support with content implementation and repurposing across platforms
- Execute both paid advertising and organic social media strategies
- Collaborate on product launches promotions and marketing campaigns
- Provide weekly performance reports and improvement recommendations
- Manage project timelines and deliverables ensuring tasks are executed efficiently
- 1520 hours per week to start
- Available during Australian business hours for at least a portion of the day (Tuesdays to Fridays)

Requirements
- Must have strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proven experience working with marketing or creative agencies founders or personal brands
- Strong skills in AI tools and automation (e.g. ChatGPT Jasper Midjourney OpusClip etc.)
- Experience creating or managing AI personas or chatbots is highly valued
- Advanced proficiency in marketing funnel platforms (e.g. Go High Level ClickFunnels SamCart Kajabi Shopify Kleq etc.)
- Excellent copywriting and marketing execution skills
- Familiar with Facebook Ads Instagram LinkedIn and YouTube marketing
- Strong project management skills able to plan implement and execute with minimal supervision
- Creative problem solver with a growth mindset and attention to detail
- Portfolio showcasing previous marketing or AI-related projects
