Built on over 35 years of experience they partner closely with clients to deliver practical high-value improvements that enhance efficiency and productivity.

On behalf of our client we are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to take full ownership of the companys demand this role youll be an embedded marketer who plans (30%) and executes (70%) data-driven programs for the material-handling and automation market. Youll leverage AI and modern marketing tools to drive aggressive lead goals improve pipeline visibility and support sales with high-quality content proposals and reporting. Youll also jump in to handle ad hoc marketing tasks as needed ensuring all initiatives deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand Generation & Campaigns:
    • Build quarterly demand plans for target verticals: distribution manufacturing and warehousing.
    • Execute multi-channel campaigns (email LinkedIn paid media) optimized to convert MQL SQL.
  • Content & Positioning:
    • Create technical buyer-stage content: case studies spec sheets application notes how we solve posts.
    • Use AI tools for speed without sacrificing brand or technical accuracy.
  • Website & SEO:
    • Own site messaging and landing pages; improve crawlability conversion paths and lead capture.
  • Lifecycle & Nurture:
    • Design nurture tracks for new leads stalled opportunities and won/lost deals.
    • Implement lead scoring and handoff rules to sales.
  • Sales Enablement:
    • Standardize proposal templates one-pagers and ROI tools tailored to conveyors lifts racking dock equipment and light automation cells.
  • Systems & Analytics:
    • Operate HubSpot/Click Dimensions with Dynamics CRM; maintain campaign/source tracking.
    • Build weekly pipeline and ROI dashboards
  • Budget & Vendors:
    • Manage a lean test-and-learn ad budget.
    • Evaluate and sunset low-ROI vendors.
  • AI Utilization:
    • Use AI tools like ChatGPT Jasper Canva/CapCut for research first drafts and creative variations while maintaining accuracy.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks:
    • Support other marketing initiatives as needed such as event promotion product launches or customer communications.
    • Collaborate with sales and leadership on special projects or quick-turn campaigns.
    • Assist with competitor research industry trend tracking or marketing audits.
    • Handle unexpected reporting data clean-up or content requests.

Requirements:

  • 4 years B2B marketing experience (industrial manufacturing or automation preferred).
  • Proven ownership of lead-generation programs delivering a measurable pipeline.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and/or Dynamics (campaigns forms lists workflows reporting).
  • Strong content creation skills (short & long form) and familiarity with creative tools (Canva Adobe CapCut).
  • Comfortable with marketing analytics (UTM tracking cohort analysis CAC/ROI reporting).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to partner closely with sales; bias toward action.
  • Two professional references and a valid criminal background check issued within the last 60 days are required for all successful applicants.
  • Completion of intake paperwork including submission of a valid tax identification number (e.g. Social Security Number Social Insurance Number or the countrys equivalent) is required before onboarding.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience with Power BI or similar marketing/pipeline visualization tools.
  • Experience replacing or insourcing agency work.
  • Working knowledge of SEO and paid acquisition in niche B2B.
  • Familiarity with industrial buyer journeys and rep/distributor models.

Working Hours:
Part-Time (20 hours per week)
Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time

Pay: $475 $30 Allowance per month
