Everything To Gain is looking for an experienced AI HubSpot Automation Specialist to support and scale our systems as we grow. This role is responsible for designing configuring and managing HubSpot across the business to ensure workflows data and integrations run smoothly and reliably. Youll partner with sales marketing and operations teams to streamline processes enhance platform performance and deliver technical solutions that increase efficiency and revenue. Core Responsibilities

Build customize and continuously improve HubSpot workflows aligned with marketing sales and operational goals.
Configure and manage HubSpot CRM components including objects properties pipelines automation and dashboards.
Develop and oversee integrations between HubSpot and third-party platforms using APIs middleware tools (such as Zapier or n8n) or custom-built solutions.
Maintain data integrity and platform stability through ongoing data hygiene deduplication and governance practices.
Evaluate automation performance diagnose issues and ensure workflows remain scalable efficient and aligned with best practices.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and implement system-level improvements.
Keep up to date with HubSpot releases and industry trends proactively recommending enhancements and optimizations.
Create and maintain thorough documentation including SOPs technical setups and process diagrams.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience as a HubSpot administrator or developer with hands-on CRM configuration automation and integration work.
Strong technical background including experience with JavaScript Python HubL or similar development languages.
Working knowledge of APIs webhooks and common integration architectures.
Practical experience using automation platforms such as Zapier or n8n with HubSpot.
Highly analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Clear communicator who collaborates effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Prior experience automating processes for marketing sales or operations teams is a strong plus.
