Job Summary

The Marketing Support Associate will serve as a vital member of our marketing team focusing on creating integrated activation platforms place branding for all projects and territory business spaces and implementing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives on the ground. He or she will report to the Marketing Support Manager. The role will involve supporting product marketing lead generation sales efforts and ensuring administrative efficiency across various marketing activities. This position presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the companys growth by executing impactful marketing activities and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborates with the marketing team to conceptualize and develop integrated activation platforms for assigned projects

Coordinates with internal and external vendors/agencies to execute activation plans efficiently
Oversees the on-ground implementation of CSR initiatives including community outreach programs environmental sustainability efforts and employee volunteer activities.
Implements brand standards for assigned projects and territory business spaces ensuring consistent brand representation
Assists in lead generation activities through various channels including digital marketing events and partnerships.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Real Estate Management or any related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Able to communicate well with internal and external clients
Willing to do field work (1 or 2 times a week) for marketing activities at project sites such as open houses site blessings and other promotional events.
Office Assignment: FLI San Fernando Pampanga Office (Pampanga Regional Hub - 2F Tierra Linda Building JASA San Fernando Pampanga)
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM 5:48 PM
