Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Execute marketing activities local activations and events including logistics and vendor coordination.
Support social media pages upload approved content and monitor basic performance metrics.
Prepare marketing budgets process payments and maintain proper documentation.
Coordinate with Sales and Project Development teams to ensure approved marketing initiatives are executed on time.
Manage marketing assets collaterals and ensure brand compliance across sites.
Prepare reports photo documentation and post-event summaries.
Perform other marketing and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Tenacious strong-willed flexible and able to work independently.
Mature mindset; not targeting Gen Z applicants.
Loyal and aligned with Ms. Therese; committed to long-term employment.
Experience in marketing execution events social media or digital campaigns preferred.
Strong organizational analytical and coordination skills.
