Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned territories.

  • Identify and develop new distributors retailers and modern trade outlets.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.

  • Execute sales promotions sampling and product launches.

  • Track market trends competitor activities and pricing strategies.

  • Ensure timely order collection payment follow-up and stock availability.

  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and share updates with management.

  • Work closely with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.



Requirements

Required Skill Sets

  • Proven experience in FMCG sales field marketing or distribution handling.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.

  • Knowledge of local market and trade network in Coimbatore and nearby districts.

  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

  • Good understanding of MS Office CRM tools and reporting formats.

  • Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.

  • Qualification: Any Degree / MBA in Marketing.

  • Experience: 26 years in FMCG or related sales field.
