About the Opportunity
A fast-growing business services operation in the Customer Experience & Sales Outsourcing sector delivering high-volume B2B and B2C tele-sales and lead-conversion solutions across India. We focus on converting inbound and outbound leads into revenue for clients across fintech edtech e-commerce and service verticals.
We are hiring entry-level on-site Telesales Executives to join a results-driven sales floor ideal for freshers who want structured training fast learning and a clear path into inside sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls and handle inbound enquiries to convert prospects into qualified leads and customers.
- Follow defined call scripts adapt messaging for objections and close or schedule follow-ups as per campaign goals.
- Record interactions update lead status and maintain accurate notes in the CRM to ensure seamless handovers.
- Meet daily and monthly targets for calls leads and conversions; track performance against KPIs.
- Coordinate with sales operations and support teams to resolve queries and escalate complex issues promptly.
- Attend on-the-job training sales coaching sessions and quality audits to continuously improve conversion rates.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 10th/12th pass or any graduate (freshers welcome)
- Fluent spoken English and Hindi; comfort with regional languages is an advantage
- Willingness to work on-site and in rotational shifts as required
- Cold calling
- CRM (Zoho/HubSpot/Salesforce)
- MS Excel
Preferred
- Internship or prior exposure to telesales / call-centre environments
- Experience with WhatsApp Business and SMS outreach for lead engagement
- Familiarity with outbound dialer systems or cloud telephony platforms
