Job Summary

Market Scanning & Opportunity Identification: Monitor industry trends policy shifts and emerging risks to identify new business opportunities within assigned sectors.

Prospecting & Lead Generation: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective corporate clients through structured market engagement cold outreach and networking.

Client Profiling & Engagement: Understand client business models pain points and risk exposure to design fit-for-purpose insurance solutions.

Sales Conversion: Present value-driven proposals negotiate terms and close deals that meet revenue and profitability targets.

Relationship Management: Maintain strategic relationships with existing clients ensuring exceptional service delivery and retention.

Cross-Selling & Upselling: Identify opportunities to expand existing client portfolios through additional insurance lines and value-added services.

Collaboration: Work closely with the underwriting claims and technical teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.

Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts pipeline updates and market intelligence to management.



Required Skills
