We are seeking a proactive HR professional to manage recruitment employee relations and HR operations. The ideal candidate will support talent acquisition onboarding performance management and ensure compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles (posting jobs screening interviewing and onboarding).
Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.
Support performance management appraisals and staff development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in employee engagement welfare and training programs.
Collaborate with management to address HR-related concerns.
Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications:
13 years of HR experience (preferred 45 years for senior HR roles).
Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
Knowledge of HR processes recruitment and labor regulations.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency with HRIS or HR management tools is an advantage.
Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
