We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Manager to lead motivate and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies overseeing day-to-day sales operations monitoring performance and ensuring the effective conversion of leads into successful deals across property and mortgage services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead supervise and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals
Assign leads monitor follow-ups and ensure timely conversion of prospects
Track individual and team performance using CRM reports and sales metrics
Coach and mentor sales executives through regular reviews feedback and training
Oversee client consultations inspections negotiations and deal closures when required
Ensure accurate and consistent use of the CRM system for lead tracking reporting and forecasting
Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness
Work closely with operations and finance teams to ensure smooth transaction execution
Prepare and submit regular sales reports forecasts and performance insights to management
Enforce sales processes discipline and compliance with company policies
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive (real estate or financial services is an advantage)
Strong leadership people management and coaching skills
Excellent communication negotiation and decision-making abilities
Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Target-driven with a strong focus on performance and accountability
Proficiency in CRM systems and digital sales tools
HND/BSc in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
