Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of staff to perform inspection checking verification and supervision on maintenance activities for responsible facility systems / equipment that carried out by contractors in stations
- Supervise the team to resolve related technical issues support equipment failure investigation and recommend long-term improvement initiatives
- Provide assistance in preparing maintenance documentation in relation to safety quality and environmental issues
- Liaise with contractor other stakeholders to provide expert advice on Station/Commercial facilities
- Basic knowledge on Low Voltage and Builder work
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergency maintenance requests and after-hours calls
- Ensure all work performed by the team meets quality standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Building Services Engineering / Building or equivalent
- A minimum of 4 years relevant experience of which 1 year should be at supervisory level
- Good interpersonal communication analytical and problem solving skills are essential
- Working independently with effectively
Remarks
- Candidates with extensive experience but lower qualification will also be considered
- Required to perform shift duties and work on weekend and public holidays when and where required
- Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
- The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12000 subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme
