Step into the spotlight and take charge of the live gaming floor! Grosvenor Casinos is on the hunt for a passionate and driven Table Gaming Manager to lead our table games and poker operations delivering unforgettable experiences and driving performance in one of the most exciting environments in hospitality.
From Blackjack to Poker youll be at the helm of the action - leading a skilled team optimising performance through data-driven decisions and ensuring every guest enjoys a world-class gaming experience.
What Youll Own:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team of dealers and supervisors
- Drive growth in handle and margin efficiency across all table games and poker
- Use Tangam software and insights to optimise table performance
- Deliver exceptional customer service and player protection standards
- Be a key decision-maker in the absence of the General Manager
Qualifications :
- A current PML license and deep knowledge of UK gaming operations
- Proven leadership in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
- A passion for live gaming and a sharp eye for performance metrics
- A commitment to fairness inclusion and responsible gaming
