What youll be getting up to
- Supporting with running our restaurant and making our guests smile
- Delivering the highest standard of service and demonstrating the ability to wow our guests
- Motivating your team by providing excellent support and training
- Inspiring confidence in your team by listening to feedback and making improvements
- Reviewing customer feedback communicating to the team and rewarding as appropriate
- Effectively planning and delegating activities to your team and maintaining our high standards
Youll need to have worked as a supervisor assistantmanageror senior waiter before.
