Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Xtreme Media. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the LED screen sales and installations market. This role requires a strong understanding of LED display technologies excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and organized individual who can meet sales targets independently and contribute to the growth of our business in East India.
Responsibilities
- Identify approach and develop new B2B clients for LED screen sales and installations
- Promote Xtreme Medias indoor outdoor and custom LED display solutions
- Meet with architects builders system integrators event companies retail chains and corporate clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable display configurations
- Prepare proposals quotations and techno-commercial offers in coordination with internal teams
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and presentations to order closure and payment follow-ups
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and installation
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners for long-term business growth
- Stay updated on industry trends competitor products and new LED technologies
- Willingness to travel across East India for client meetings and project discussions
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Business Marketing Electronics or a related field
- 15 years of experience in B2B or project-based product sales preferably in LED displays AV systems signage or electronics
- Strong technical understanding or willingness to learn about LED display specifications (pixel pitch brightness resolution etc.)
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated organized and able to meet sales targets independently
- Fluency in English Hindi and Bengali
- Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for tech sales may also apply
