Were looking for an experienced Manager Procurement to join our Procurement Team. Reporting to the Senior Manager youll be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing thorough category strategies for professional services including Management Consulting Global Employee Benefits and Contingent Workforce
- Managing the entire strategic sourcing lifecycle from demand aggregation market research RFI/RFP/RFQ development vendor evaluation selection and contract award
- Contract Management & Risk Mitigation
- Process Improvement & Systems
- Collaborating closely with internal business partners (Engineering HR Legal Finance Marketing IT) to understand their needs define requirements and ensure alignment between procurement strategies and business objectives
What Were Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Bachelors degree in business administration Supply Chain Management Finance Economics or a related field
- 8 years of progressive experience in procurement or strategic sourcing with a significant portion focused on indirect services
- Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making abilities
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Proven expertise in sourcing and managing complex service categories such as Professional Services Employee Benefits HR Services and/or Management Consulting
- Masters degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g. CPM CPSM CIPS)
