- Work with the Sales Team to collect documents and complete information required to move forward to the next step faster in our CRM system (Monthly filling of the vendors agreement)
- Support CPC booking and canceling as daily task & monthly
- Monthly telegram & newbie carousel com submission to marketing team
- Responsible for setting up Newbies/deal project including but not limited to Salesforce system tracking performance organizing data and generating data
- To support the lead generation with lead enrichment and lead qualification the role will focus on improving the quality of incoming leads by enhancing data accuracy validating prospects and refining targeting criteria.
- Act as local Salesforce champion with a close working relationship with the regional team regarding any SF updates issues and improvement.
- Another tasks assigned by the manager.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or any related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Docs Google Sheets Google Slides).
- Experience in CPC and CRM is a plus.
- Creative thinking with strongly detailed-oriented and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational project management data-oriented and time-management skills.
