Job Summary
The Production Operation Manager oversees the entire pharmaceutical manufacturing cycle workforce planning output GMP compliance and continuous improvement to ensure safe efficient and high-quality production operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage daily production planning manpower deployment and workflow.
- Ensure GMP standards are strictly applied.
- Coordinate production with QA/QC R&D warehouse and engineering team.
- Drive production performance KPI (yield rejection rate downtime).
- Oversee machine capacity utilization and production cost control.
- Lead investigations for deviation breakdown and process failure.
- Manage training discipline and performance of production staff.
- Ensure safety hygiene and compliance in the plant.
Main Requirements:
- Degree in Pharmacy Chemistry Engineering or related field.
- 47 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing; at least 2 years in management role.
- Knowledge of tablet capsule filling or packaging line operations.
- Strong leadership and process improvement ability.
