The Asia Regional In-Force Management team plays a key role in optimizing the performance of our in-force insurance portfolio ensuring long-term value for both customers and shareholders. As an Analyst or Senior Analyst you will support the identification analysis and execution of initiatives that enhance the value of our in-force business across multiple markets in Asia.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with regional and local teams gain exposure to cross-functional projects and develop a strong understanding of insurance business drivers. You will also contribute to data analysis reporting and project coordination while learning from experienced professionals in a collaborative environment.
Position Responsibilities:
Support the analysis of in-force portfolio performance or product lines to identify areas for improvement.
Participate in local market and regional projects as needed including hands-on involvement as additional resource to the local markets for planning and execution efforts.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Risk Actuarial Distribution Operations) to align efforts and ensure effective execution.
Collaborate with regional and country analytics teams to enhance tools and dashboards for monitoring key inforce metrics.
Document and share best practices across markets to promote continuous improvement.
Responsible for regular reporting processes including monthly and quarterly updates on inforce performance.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in actuarial science economics or any scientific discipline.
Preferred Qualifications:
4-5 years of relevant experience in insurance financial services or consulting.
Exposure to insurance product development and actuarial concepts or financial analysis
Steady progress in actuarial exams is a plus.
