The Role Business Development Assistant
We are looking for a Business Development Assistant to support our growth activities and client initiatives. This is a hands-on and learning-oriented position ideal for a motivated graduate or young professional eager to develop strong commercial skills in a consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support business development and sales exercises.
- Conduct client mapping and market research to identify prospects.
- Reach out to potential clients through email LinkedIn and other channels.
- Assist in generating new business opportunities and tracking sales performance.
- Schedule and prepare client meetings and presentations.
- Participate in client briefs and internal strategy sessions.
- Contribute to proposals pitch materials and sales reporting.
Requirements:
- 0 to 2 years of experience in sales business development or consulting.
- Graduate from a Business School or Engineering School.
- Strong interest in B2B sales consulting or entrepreneurship.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive curious and eager to learn.
- Fluent in English (Cantonese Mandarin or French is a plus).
- Based in Hong Kong
