Job Summary

The Opportunity

Were looking for an entry levelRevenue Operations Coordinatorto join our team and help support the team to deliver accurate reporting efficient processes and effective inventory management strategies.

This is a highly administrative/ data entry focussed role with the opportunity to develop future skills within revenue management. Youll work closely with the Revenue Management team Trading and National Sales teams and report into a Trading Manager based at our Eveleigh office.

This is a fixed-term contract role until June 2026 with potential to extend.

What youll do:

Manage the Revenue Management queries inbox handling daily sales requests bonus conversions revenue reports and operational queries.
Action Salesforce cases supporting client deal set-up and updates.
Help to optimise inventory and revenue opportunities using inventory management tools.
Generate accurate insightful and timely daily reports.
Help coordinate the rest of the team to respond and help sales in a timely manner

Youre a detail-oriented analytical and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Youll also have:

1 years of admin/sales support experience.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively; customer-focused mindset with strong service orientation.
Confident with numbers and a keen interest in growing experience across different analysis tools.
High attention to detail and accuracy in forecasting and reporting.
Strong time management and organisational skills to meet strict deadlines; flexibility and adaptability in changing market conditions.
